Details: Purchased in late 1998, this Kibby Carpet Sampler is in excellent working order. It has never had heavy use, and operates very efficiently. It has been operated no longer than 2 days per week during its life. Other than consumables (eg cutters and some minor spares) the machines has never had need of any major repairs. It is a simple to understand piece of equipment to run and maintain.
The owner has never had need to refer to the technical manual in 10 years. It’s rated podge rate is 100 per minute, however it is slowed down to approx 70 ppm which it has been found to be more efficient with considerable less stoppages. The standard yarn bank it has been working with is 80/20 2 ply, which is very efficient with very few yarn issues. It is capable of running most carpet yarn styles.

This unit must be sold prior to Christmas, best offers considered.

This is an assorted grouping of colours covering most hues and shades. It has been added to every year as new trends arrive in colour. This is an extremely rare collection of yarns. To develop this range and manufacture it would take more than a year of full-time production (if you could get
it done at all) and would have a considerable associated cost, which would deter its development. This yarn bank is available for serious designers of carpet. Most yarns are 600/2 ply, however some yarns of a singles and 3 ply construction
and have been brought in for speciality work.
